1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return if the delivered product meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused and unopened.
- The product is returned in original packaging.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- A valid order receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Important: Damaged product complaints should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Products

4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund process will begin if the return is approved.

- Shipping charges may not be refundable.
